·         Helped develop North End Community Addition which includes: Sunshine Foods, Pizza Ranch, Home Federal Bank, and Sioux Valley Hospital.

·         Cooperated with the city in completing a city assessment survey in 2007.

·         Launched a massive TV advertising campaign to attract new residents and visitors to Hartford.

·         Continued to spark growth as Hartford saw an astounding 7.1% average per year growth in taxable sales over the past ten years.
